We are looking for experienced and passionate *Bartenders (full and part time positions available) *to join our FOH staff team. *Here’s what you do ….* * Knowledge and ability to demonstrate the art of mixology – it’s the combination of the “show” and the “drink” that brings guests back. * Ability to upsell craft beers * Recognize and react to stages of intoxication and when a guest has reached their limit of your service * Follow the Steps of Service with each guest * Assist with “To Go” Orders and guests sitting at the Bar * Demonstrate outstanding hospitality and service throughout each shift with guests, managers, and team members * Engage in teamwork * Follows all sanitation and safety policies * Performs other duties as assigned by management * Maintains a safe working environment and report any safety issues to management immediately * Maintains valid eTIPS certification * Advises Management Team Members of any non-routine situations/issues *Qualifications* * Intermediate-level knowledge of craft beers * respectful and hospitable to everyone * motivated and have a high energy level but maintain a calm and friendly demeanor * guest-oriented and always demonstrate a desire to be of service * organized * able to excel in high pressure environments * able to follow written and verbal instructions * able to recognize common signs of intoxication and know how to address the situation * available to a variety of opens, swings, and closes including weekends and holidays * *Must be 21 years old* Benefits: * You create your own salary by the volume of tips YOU earn through your service but Mac's offers a living wage of $12/hour inclusive of tips * 50% discount on food and clothing apparel * Employee Referral Bonus * Participation in Health Insurance Programs if employed 1 continuous year and average 25 Hours or more each week. * Participation in PTO (Paid Time Off) Policy if employed 1 continuous year and average 30 hours or more each week.
